Nasir Khan is an engineer, chartered quantity surveyor, chartered procurement specialist, and an expert in construction law claims advisory and dispute resolution. Nasir uses his 20 years of experience in the construction, engineering, and infrastructure industries to help clients understand their risks and avoid and resolve disputes. His technical, legal, and commercial knowledge puts him ahead in avoiding and resolving major causes of disputes. Nasir is a recommended expert on the Lexology Index for Consulting Experts – Transport, 2024.

Nasir is an experienced Quantity Surveyor with expertise in managing complex projects, specialising in contract administration, financial modelling, and risk management, including drafting and advising on standard and bespoke contracts, with additional expertise in financial audit and due diligence for public contracts. He holds fellowships from various institutions and acts as an advisor, expert, mediator, adjudicator, and arbitrator. Nasir is versatile and well-versed in all aspects of major projects in sectors, including energy, utilities, commercial property, oil and gas, manufacturing, ports, highways, and rail. He has led large and complex contracts and procurement programs, and claims and dispute resolution on quantum, delay, and technical engineering issues. His approach is direct, giving an honest view on the issue and applying commercial common sense in all aspects. He is known by clients for his excellent interpersonal skills, expert knowledge, streamlined interpretation of the matter, and finding solutions that are in the best interests of all stakeholders.

Nasir is the current chair of the UK Construction Industry Council (CIC) Liability Panel and founding Director and Vice Chair of the CIArb Pakistan Branch. He co-founded Muslims in Rail, a community interest company, sits on various charitable advisory boards, and was awarded an MBE for his services to equality, diversity, and inclusion by Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

Nasir is responsible for managing the overall delivery of projects and takes a lead role in agreeing on new appointments and managing technical deliverables.

Nasir is recognised in Lexology (formerly Who’s Who Legal) as a Recommended Expert in the Transport practice area guide. His clients and peers say he is a seasoned transport expert who is well known for his “ability to view a complex project from all stakeholders’ perspectives”.
