Ong has over 23 years of experience in programme planning and project management of building construction, infrastructure, marine, and oil & gas projects. He has worked for several prominent construction groups in Malaysia and international contractors. With his extensive experience and in-depth knowledge in the construction industry, in recent years, he was entrusted with more responsibilities by overseeing the projects across Southeast Asia and South Pacific countries, where he was actively involved in the preparation of extension of time claim, project planning, monitoring, tendering, construction, and completion of many challenging projects.
