Thilina is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 18 years of experience in contractual, commercial, and claim management. During this time, he has been involved in projects across sectors such as oil and gas, mining and mineral resources, airports, rail automation, water supply, power and energy, and complex mixed-use development including commercial, residential, and retail buildings.
Thilina has experience with quantum analysis, construction dispute resolution, project controls, procurement, and commercial management. Thilina’s areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, the valuation of variation, delay, disruption, suspension, termination, defective works, the cost to complete, and additional work claims.
