Background
Mr. Peter Galoski has 30 years of experience in environmental consulting, with a particular focus on liability assessment related to mergers and acquisitions, asset management, and asset divestiture. Working directly with private equity fund managers, pension fund managers, developers, counsel, lenders and insurers, Mr. Galoski develops appropriate and high-value due diligence strategies based on risk tolerance, budget, schedule, and nature of transaction. Over the past 30 years, he has performed and/or directed numerous environmental due diligence assignments at manufacturing, commercial, and development sites, in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia in order to assess the potential for significant environmental liabilities relating to soil, soil gas and groundwater contamination, environmental noncompliance, and hazardous/regulated building materials. Mr. Galoski also develops, implements, and manages environmental asset management systems to assist portfolio managers with various environmental issues that may arise during the asset hold period.
