배경
Sandra is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with more than 19 years of experience in the construction industry working as a quantity surveyor, cost consultant, claims consultant, and quantum expert.

As claims consultant and quantum expert, Sandra has been involved in disputes on matters relating to adjudications, mediations, DABs, arbitrations, and litigations. Sandra’s experience includes disputes concerning power plants, oil and gas, iron ore and mining, infrastructure, hospital, high-rise building, hotel, residential, and retail developments as well as various other construction projects. This included identifying potential areas of concern, apportionment and carrying out risk assessments.
