Joseph C. Williams, P.E.
Joseph Williams is a civil engineer registered in six states. He has more than 14 years of engineering experience in the design, analysis, and inspection of structures, utilities, and municipal facilities. As a Consultant in the Rimkus Property Division, he performs forensic investigations and structural inspections related to foundation failures, water intrusions, storm damage, fire damage, building envelope failures, and construction code compliance in commercial, industrial, and residential properties.
