He is also a licensed professional engineer, Professional Traffic Operations Engineer, certified work zone traffic control supervisor, and an ACTAR-accredited traffic accident reconstructionist. Lindsay Macioce is a Regional Manager of the Rimkus Forensic Delay Analysis Practice, a certified Planning and Scheduling Professional, and an engineer-in-training in Pennsylvania. She provides consulting services for complex construction projects involving forensic delay analysis and claims. Her areas of expertise include working collaboratively with clients to quantify delay and determine causation using various industry standard critical path methods, as well as analyzing construction claims for cost overruns, defects, and delay and disruption. Raymond Franks is a Senior Consultant in the Rimkus Construction Practice. He is also a licensed general contractor, LEED Accredited Professional, and licensed insurance adjuster with more than 26 years of industry experience. His responsibilities include providing forensic investigations of a wide variety of commercial and residential structures for damages related to fires, floods, wind, impacts, storms, and catastrophic events.
