Booven is a quantity surveyor with over 5 years of experience across various sectors including building, infrastructure, rail, and industrial. He is a registered provisional quantity surveyor under the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia and a graduate member of the Royal Institute of Surveyors Malaysia.
Booven possesses valuable technical expertise and commercial awareness through active involvement in the entire spectrum of development and construction processes ranging from land acquisition, bidding, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, and negotiations up to project completion. He is well-exposed to commercial aspects of pre-contract and post-contract administration in major infrastructure projects across Malaysia.
Booven heeft ook aanzienlijke ervaring in het beoordelen van de hoogte van schadeclaims, variatieopdrachten en tijdsuitbreidingen, het opstellen van getuigenverklaringen van deskundigen, voorschotdiensten en andere geschillenbeslechtingsprocedures zoals adjudicatie en arbitrage.
