He is a seasoned professional skilled in Program, Project and Construction Management Consulting, Owner Representation, and Construction Risk Advisory Services. He has over 40 years of construction experience in a wide range of industry sectors. His experience includes Contract Negotiation, Construction Risk Assessment and Avoidance, Project Alignment, Dispute Avoidance, Dispute Resolution, Workplace Accidents, Disaster Recovery, and Surety Claims. He has represented Private and Public Sector Owners, Sureties, Construction Managers, and General Contractors in various project delivery methods including Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, Construction Management at Risk, Construction Management Agency, and Guaranteed Maximum Price Contracts.
Mr. DiBartolo’s property loss and forensic investigation experience extends to fire, hurricane, water, and wind damage; concrete and masonry cracking; moisture intrusion through building envelopes; roofing system failures; and construction material and installation defects. In addition to investigating construction claims, disputes, and accidents, he also provides construction advisory services for new commercial and residential construction and repair projects.
