The course begins with a background discussion of the legal basis for premises liability claims and how that basis pertains to the proper investigation of these claims. Following the background discussion, relevant building codes and safety standards are discussed. Various types of liability claims are then reviewed along with an in-depth look into the causes of these types of accidents.
