Mr. Parker is a Practice Area Leader based in our Austin office. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Tennessee and Texas with more than 18 years of experience in Civil Engineering. Mr. Parker’s expertise includes performing forensic evaluations of buildings, preparing structural engineering designs, and providing consulting services for roofing, and building envelopes. Additionally, he has opined on assignments involving building code compliance, construction defects and contractual disputes, foundation movement, structural failures, building envelope water intrusion, post-fire structural issues, vibration effects resulting from blasting, earthquakes, and construction equipment, storm and flood damage, hail damage, damage from high winds, vehicle impact to buildings and plumbing leaks. He also has extensive experience in the preparation of construction and bidding documents necessary for the restoration and/or rehabilitation of existing structures. Mr. Parker holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, Tennessee.
