Robert Foster is a Colorado licensed attorney and District Manager of the Rimkus Denver and Salt Lake City offices, covering Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Wyoming. His industry background includes typical transaction and litigation counseling, operational and service contracts, risk management, and general employment matters. His litigation experience involves all forms of dispute resolution, including early case assessment/negotiation, mediation, arbitration, bench and jury trial, and appellate efforts before federal and state courts. Mr. Foster has extensive knowledge of topics including government relations and negotiations, regulatory compliance, security planning, large-scale service and construction contracting, and mergers and acquisitions. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in business with an emphasis in marketing from Colorado State University. Mr. Foster is an active member of the American Bar Association and the Colorado Bar Association.
