Background
Mr. Brice Williams has more than 30 years of property condition assessment (PCAs), environmental site assessments (ESAs), construction, and real estate management experience. He manages due diligence services, including PCAs, engineering and architectural investigative studies, Phase I and II ESAs and remediation, and construction monitoring. In addition, he performs PCAs and Phase I ESAs for a variety of property types, including office, retail, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial facilities. Mr. Williams has provided support to real estate transactions and investment management in connection with engineering and environmental assessments on properties and portfolios nationwide as part of an institutional real estate investor. He has also managed construction and environmental projects as part of a regional property management/development firm and with a commercial general contractor.
