Sagar is an experienced forensic delay and disruption analyst, and he provides expert advice on the resolution of time-related disputes. He has over 16 years of experience in delay and disruption analysis, planning, scheduling, procurement, and pre-award contract management of construction projects. Over these years, he has worked on various large-scale coal-based power plants, hydropower projects, power transmission lines, captive coal mines, oil and gas, chemicals, civil, marine, airports, and infrastructure projects across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.
Sagar has assisted world-renowned delay analysis experts on their delay and disruption expert witness reports and rebuttal reports for various high-profile arbitration cases in the construction industry administered by premier arbitral institutions such as ICC, SIAC, and AAA/ICDR. He has produced expert witness reports and rebuttal reports for the disputes on some of the world’s largest oil, gas, power, and chemical projects with project values exceeding USD$1 billion.
