Rimkus exceeds industry standards for environmental assessments, including ASTM E1527, Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process (Phase I ESAs).

If a Phase I ESA identifies a recognized environmental condition, our environmental professionals can initiate a site investigation or “Phase II.” This may include a sampling and analysis plan, additional data collection, and subsurface investigation.
