Background

Rimkus was retained to provide commercial services for a £15 million manufacturing facility specializing in the production of personal care products in the North West of England. Construction works were let under a JCT Construction Management contract and the works completed in March 2015. Commissioning works were completed in January 2016.

Services Provided

Rimkus consultants prepared the tender documentation, tender assessment, contract negotiation and drafting, contract administration, claims and commercial management, and final account agreement for the project. Successful delivery and commissioning of the facility and the administration of the contract with the contractor led directly to further commissions being awarded by the client to Rimkus.
