A 67-year-old female was involved in a motor vehicle accident. She went to the emergency room and complained of pain in her lower back, middle back, and right knee. The case stated she never had pain in her knee or back before this accident.

We found inconsistencies, including 10-year-old chiropractic records with similar complaints. The X-rays taken showed no acute abnormalities. The patient stated she was diagnosed with a concussion, but there were no records found with this diagnosis.
