Art has a degree in Construction Management from the University of Houston and is a Certified Associate Constructor (CAC) with AIC. He has a broad range of experience from working within the oil and gas, energy, and heavy and residential construction industries as a Civil Engineer.

He has worked on numerous projects within both the public and private sectors from residential construction to greenfield and brownfield EPC oil and gas projects.

Art has utilized his extensive technical knowledge and available experience to develop technical reports to aid in large-scale insurance claims.

His learned skills include planning and scheduling, critical path method (CPM), work breakdown structure (WBS), earned value management, and reporting.

Art is well versed in Primavera P6, AutoCAD Civil 3D, On-Screen Take off, Earthworks Pro, and all Microsoft Office Applications.
