Daniel is a professional quantity surveyor with over 6 years of experience and a diverse track record in legal disputes, civil infrastructure, residential, commercial, educational institutions, religious institutions, and airport terminals, serving both government and private clients.

Daniel was involved in major infrastructure projects across Singapore and Malaysia and gained invaluable technical expertise and knowledge in pre-contract and post-contract administration and cost planning services. He also provided assistance and QS support to an Expert Witness team.

Daniel is proficient in the use of construction applications and software programs such as Bluebeam Revu, Cost-X, and Microsoft Office.
