BACKGROUND:

Mr. Allan Coffee has over 35 years of experience with commercial real estate due diligence, including environmental consulting and other technical advisory related to real estate transactions, mergers/acquisitions, and property development. Specific experience includes Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA); asbestos, lead‐based paint and mold/IAQ consulting; subsurface soil and groundwater sampling; and soil and groundwater remediation and monitoring. Additional experience includes property condition assessment (PCA), vapor intrusion/risk management, environmental compliance/audit, and regulatory agency coordination.

Mr. Coffee is responsible for managing and directing Rimkus’ services associated with environmental due diligence and Phase I ESAs, as well as consulting services and technical compliance associated with the built environment (asbestos, lead, mold, etc.), operational environment (regulatory permitting, compliance testing, etc.), and planned development or redevelopment (regulatory closure, construction worker safety, etc.). Mr. Coffee also provides technical review and concurrence for Phase I ESAs and environmental reviews.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Science: University of California at Los Angeles, California

• OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER (Hazardous Waste Operator and Emergency Response)

• NIOSH 582 Analyst Equivalent Certification

• Indoor Air Quality Specialist/Inspector
