Mr. Andrew Riess has over 6 years of professional experience as an Environmental Consultant/Scientist and has performed a wide range of complex investigations including environmental assessment and analysis (Phase I and II); environmental assessment: due diligence; underground storage tank closures; wetland identification and delineation; and building inspections/screenings for asbestos-containing materials (ACM), lead-based paint, and radon. Mr. Riess is a qualified Environmental Professional (EP) under ASTM E 1527-21.
