Mr. Aravind Perumalsamy is an Engineer in Training, who received his Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Carleton University in 2019.  He has work experience in quality control and observation, project planning, drafting, cost estimation, contract administration, and project coordination. He has been involved in multiple full-scale construction projects and obtained extensive experience in highways, condominiums, and parking lot pavements. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to, pavement observation and geotechnical investigation, drainage evaluation, cost estimation, tender analysis, and award recommendation.
