Mr. Aravind Perumalsamy, an Engineer in Training, obtained his Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Carleton University in 2019. Mr. Perumalsamy has also recently obtained his Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI). His professional background encompasses various areas, such as quality control, project planning, drafting, cost estimation, contract administration, and project coordination. Mr. Perumalsamy has contributed to numerous large-scale construction projects, gaining significant expertise in highway construction, condominium development, and parking lot pavements. His duties encompass a wide range of responsibilities including pavement observation, geotechnical investigation, drainage assessment, cost estimation, tender analysis, and award recommendation.
