With over 20 years of experience in design, site investigation, and Building Condition Assessments (BCAs), Mr. Arnold Boehk has a proven track record of successfully completing projects by applying his professional knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, building automation, and electrical building services. Mr. Boehk’s current focus is concentrating on BCA projects, including Reserve Fund Studies (RFSs), Technical Audits (TA), Performance Audits (PAs), and capital planning. He prepares RFSs and PAs for condominiums and BCAs and capital planning for commercial, retail, and institutional (including government) properties. Mr. Boehk has continued to excel within his field of expertise and has demonstrated his ability and professionalism in assisting and completing various mechanical projects.
