Mr   Ivanov is a graduate of the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Survey – Sofia, Bulgaria with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a highway engineering specialty    He has over 22 years of experience in structural engineering and construction management of commercial and residential structures of various scales   His experience and broad disciplined knowledge cover steel, reinforced concrete and timber structural systems, foundations, and various building components like curtainwall systems, cladding panel systems, and pre-fabricated wood and metal  trusses.   • Fire, blast, explosion, and vehicular impact damage assessment for foundation  walls fabricated from concrete, CMU, brick, masonry, or stone, steel framing members, and wood  framing  members;
  • Structural evaluation and repair recommendations, structural and facility condition assessments to identify code issues and project remaining lifespan; 
  • Roof failures from construction defects; and
  • Repair vs replacement evaluations.
