
BACKGROUND:
Mr. Bradley Miller holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering with a structural engineering emphasis, as well as holds a minor in Mathematics. He is a registered professional engineer with extensive experience in the structural design, analysis, and investigation of various buildings and building materials.
Mr. Miller’s structural design and project management experience includes planning, analysis, and design of various, building types, including commercial, educational, institutional, medical, athletic, and both single-family and multi-family structures. His expertise in the design, analysis, and investigation of building materials includes work with concrete, steel, wood, masonry, and cold-formed steel. He has specialized experience in the design of steel and concrete structures in high-seismic and high-wind regions, as well as experience in design of tornado shelters. He is proficient in building code requirements and evaluation of buildings and/or associated components for code compliance and code upgrade requirements.
Mr. Miller’s investigative experience includes multiple practice areas as follows: property loss consulting; building systems; catastrophic services; construction claims and disputes; premises liability; structural engineering consulting; geotechnical/structural damage assessments; swimming pool and aquatic facility evaluation; and grain bin evaluations.
