Mr. Bruce Miller holds a B.S. degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas and is a registered professional engineer and special inspector in Florida.

Mr. Miller is a certified Professional Engineer and certified Special Inspector with over 40 years of experience in providing structural engineering services for a wide variety of industries throughout the United States and the Caribbean.

Mr. Miller has managed a multitude of large-scale projects from initial design through completion and efficiently developed and supervised all stages of the project delivery. His structural design work has ranged from shopping malls, mid- to high-rise buildings, and major sports stadiums for teams such as the Baltimore Orioles, Baltimore Ravens, Boston Red Sox, Carolina Panthers, Florida State Seminoles, Maryland Terrapins, and New England Patriots. He also served as Owner’s Representative for the Miami-Dade Aviation Department and the Florida Turnpike Enterprise (FTE), providing extensive experience in facility inspection, damage assessment, repair design, and restoration construction management. Mr. Miller also served as the Threshold Inspector for the $269-millon Miami-Dade Intermodal Center project.

Mr. Miller also has extensive experience in aviation design and inspection of terminals, concourses, hangars, and airfield structures. He worked to develop the Design Guidelines Manual for the Miami-Dade Aviation Department, which includes a new Homeland Security standard for airfield fencing. Mr. Miller has performed inspections and repair designs for Passenger Boarding Bridges. He also provided construction oversight for automated baggage handling systems, glycol chiller installations, 400 Hz aircraft power systems, inground and tanker fueling systems, and parking revenue systems. An expert in structural design and analysis, building inspections, and building renovations, Mr. Miller brings a practical and analytical approach to all his projects.
