Ms. Peacock has over 19 years of experience in engineering, project management, performance analysis, risk assessment, quality and contract management, claims assessments, and internal process improvements. As a Principal Consultant, Ms. Peacock applies a diverse perspective in formulating recommendations to clients, legal teams, and executive management for global insurance providers. Ms. Peacock integrates knowledge and experience from multiple industries to develop unique solutions to complex challenges.

Ms. Peacock’s areas of expertise are construction claims, project management, contract development/risk assessment/negotiation, manufacturing and process oversight, auditing, quality control, quality management, internal process improvements, and project schedule development, risk assessment, risk mitigation, analysis. Consulting experience including claims analysis and claims preparation services especially as it relates to matters involving delay analysis, scope of work, and cost and liability assessments.
