Mr. Christopher Todd received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University. He is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in South Carolina, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida with experience in site design, stormwater design, utility design, construction administration, project management, design-build coordination, construction safety, and construction testing of utilities.
Mr. Todd’s expertise and experience include all types of hydraulic and hydrologic analysis, overland drainage assessments, water intrusion assessments, utility evaluations, site development, cost estimating, construction drawings preparation and analysis, construction specifications preparation and analysis, and construction administration and support.
Mr. Todd’s background includes a focus on civil engineering and land development design. Mr. Todd has designed and managed multiple residential and commercial engineering projects throughout North Carolina and South Carolina. He has master planned and developed numerous hydrologic analyses and engineering designs for projects ranging from 0.5 acres to 700 acres.
