David has over 35 years in the construction industry in the UK and APAC markets.

For the last 28 years, David has provided contract management and claims advisory services to international civil engineering companies on complex infrastructure projects across Asia and to Tier One contractors in the Australian market.

David held a regional role with a Tier One Australian contractor for a number of years and has acted as contractor’s commercial lead on significant government infrastructure tenders across civil, heavy and light rail, and metro projects. David has also provided strategic claims advisory services to principal entities on significant infrastructure projects.

Since joining Rimkus, David has assisted with the management of the NSW & QLD business and team whilst continuing to provide commercial and claims advisory services to Rimkus clients on an ongoing basis.
