Mr. Doug Graiser is a Building Consultant with Loss Management Solutions, A Rimkus Company. As a licensed contractor, he has diverse experience in residential construction, estimating, and property and casualty adjusting.

Mr. Graiser’s areas of expertise include the planning, cost estimation, and construction management and project close-out of new residential and commercial projects, as well as the re-vamping and renovation of existing residential and commercial buildings. This includes single- and multi-family residences, hotels, restaurants, banking institutions, educational facilities, office space, retail spaces, religious structures, and warehouses. He has examined buildings for deficiencies in design, construction, and materials.

In addition to his experience as a licensed contractor, Mr. Graiser has served as an independent residential and commercial claim adjuster, estimator, and consultant. He is proficient with site inspections/investigations, damage assessment, catastrophe events, and the Xactimate estimating software.

As a Building Consultant with Loss Management Solutions, a Rimkus Company, he frequently directs his expertise towards emergency mitigation protocol/evaluation, property damage investigation, and storm and catastrophe event damage assessment, including fire damage, hail damage, wind damage, water intrusion, water and smoke damage, estimating, and repair protocol/evaluation and analysis.
