BACKGROUND:
Dr. Eva Morschl is an immunologist and scientific consultant. She holds a doctorate in Medical Sciences and Physiology and a bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology.
Dr. Morschl has 23 years of experience in developing pre-clinical in vivo and in vitro assays to investigate mechanisms and treatment options for oncology, gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, pulmonary, and autoimmune diseases.
During the past 10 years, Dr. Morschl has been involved in the development of cutting-edge cell therapies utilizing the latest technologies.
Dr. Morschl maintains compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines, writes standard operating procedures, study, and training plans; collaborates with internal and external partners; and provides leadership and mentoring. She has authored and co-authored numerous peer-reviewed articles, presented at national and international meetings, and received awards.
Dr. Morschl also has experience in health-risk assessments and evaluating the toxicity of a variety of chemicals (pollutants, illicit and prescription drugs, and alcohol). Additionally, Dr. Morschl has provided opinions in several insurance claims involving pharmaceuticals and medical equipment based on the evaluation of the regulatory and biochemical aspects.
