Mr. Gregory Hora received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Missouri. He has over 10 years of international industry experience in designing and analyzing structural HVAC systems, large-scale piping systems, water treatment systems, PV solar power generation facilities, and sheet metal fabrication plants. He also has direct industry experience designing and developing water treatment products, cryogenic freezing systems, and consumer products. He is also a certified Traffic Accident Investigation and Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR #3555) specialist.
From the manufacture of water filtration and water treatment equipment to field oversight of equipment installation and commissioning, Mr. Hora’s HVAC experience spans multiple market segments, including food processing plants, institutional structures, and commercial buildings. He has worked on every stage of plumbing design, analysis, and commissioning and has engineered plumbing solutions for cryogenic freezing facilities, nuclear power generation, municipal wastewater facilities, industrial wastewater facilities, schools, government facilities, and commercial buildings.
Mr. Hora’s manufacturing experience includes sheet metal fabrication as well as consumer product development. He has worked with diverse groups comprised of international team members to design and troubleshoot cryogenic freezer components, water filtration equipment, and consumer products. Mr. Hora has worked in every stage of manufacturing from idea concept, drawing generation, fabrication, verification/testing, and marketing to end customer.
Mr. Hora’s solar power generation experience includes photovoltaic solar power plants 30+ megawatts in size. He has experience investigating and documenting various solar plant failure modes due to weather damage and structural design of the solar plants. He has experience with investigating and analyzing vehicle crash damage, shower door glass failures, door frame structural failures, chair failures, and manway door function.
Mr. Hora has applied his mechanical engineering background to the reconstruction of vehicular accidents that range in severity from minor property damage to multiple vehicle collisions. His reconstruction experience includes accidents involving cars, trucks, and commercial vehicles.
