Jack is a Quantity Surveyor with 6 years of experience in the construction industry. He is well-exposed in pre-contract procurement which includes cost estimating and cost planning, tendering, value engineering, and preparation and executive of contract documents.

Jack has also been involved in project delivery procurement which includes interim valuations, final account statement, assessment of variations, loss and expense (L&E), and extension of time (EOT) claims, cost reporting, and chairing pre-contract and interim project team meetings.

Jack provides attention to detail and is very diligent and thorough with contract provisions. He has broadened his knowledge and experience whilst working on a wide range of major projects that involved construction claims and quantity surveying.
