Mr. Jared Cacciapaglia’s responsibilities include assisting development advisory roles during due diligence and monitoring construction projects of various scopes and scale as the owner’s representative. Mr. Cacciapaglia has worked on large, multi-family residential construction projects as well as new commercial offices, life sciences, lab/office space, assisted living facilities, and distribution centers. He has also served as a member of the Due Diligence and Capital Planning project team for approximately 250 properties/portfolios over the course of his current position. Mr. Cacciapaglia previously held a Consultant “Field” Engineer position with FM Global, which included onsite risk analysis for insurance purposes.
