Mr. Jarod Copeland holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and is a Professional Engineer in Ohio and Nevada. Mr. Copeland has over 19 years of experience in construction management and claims consulting on construction projects of all types and sizes. His management experience includes roles as both a contractor and an owner representative, and his consulting experience includes forensic delay analysis, construction insurance and surety, as well as general construction claims and dispute resolution.
Mr. Copeland has strong project management skills and extensive knowledge in CPM scheduling, construction delays, claims, project controls, cost and resource management, construction contracts, and risk management. He is experienced in forensic delay analysis, construction insurance and surety, expert report writing, project controls setup and management, construction scheduling, delay recognition and mitigation, dispute resolution, site safety, quality control and materials testing, contract negotiations, cost forecasting, resource allocation, and subcontractor management.
Mr. Copeland also has significant experience with the use of Primavera scheduling software packages, Primavera Contract Manager, SharePoint, AutoCAD, as well as Microsoft Office Applications.
