Mr. John Bruzzese has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry and has been employed with Commercial Construction Consulting, LLC, A Rimkus Company (C3), since 2000. Mr. Bruzzese heads up the Due Diligence group of C3 and is responsible for managing all aspects of property condition assessments and capital planning for commercial properties including urban high-rise developments, historic buildings, office parks, residential apartment buildings, schools, and retail centers.

Mr. Bruzzese is responsible for all aspects of construction management of projects ranging in size and complexity from tenant improvements to site work and urban high-rise development. These tasks include managing design teams, scheduling, cost estimating, performance monitoring, and overall project management.
