Mr. Joseph Farahzad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance and Construction Management. He has over 24 years of experience in claims consulting, construction management, and general contracting, including site supervision, project management, field engineering, procurement, and estimating.

Mr. Farahzad’s industry experience includes management of projects ranging from $700 thousand to $91 million in commercial, healthcare, office, K-12 education, hospitality, houses of worship, and public and private projects. His project-specific experience includes LEED credit tracking, punchlist completion, management of design and construction teams, schedule adherence and monitoring, subcontractor and contract management, estimating, and purchasing.

Mr. Farahzad’s claims consulting experience includes matters involving delays, liquidated damages, extended general conditions, acceleration and mitigation, entitlement and damages, and subcontractor defaults in commercial, residential, healthcare, office, institutional, entertainment, and recreational facilities, and public and private projects. In particular, he has prepared, analyzed, and reviewed construction liability and damage claims involving Subcontractor Default Insurance, Builder’s Risk, and Surety Bond.
