With over 20 years of experience in completing design and building projects, from industrial and commercial buildings to large condominiums, Ms. Liliana Monge primarily focuses on performing and completing Building Condition Assessment (BCAs) projects for various portfolios, including commercial, industrial, and high-rise residential buildings within the City Toronto, the Province of Ontario, and across Canada. In addition, she works closely with Capital Reserve Fund Planning for several condominium corporations, which entails periodic field reviews during construction, including investigations related to building performance issues or uncertainties.

Ms. Monge’s work experience includes designing HVAC, fire suppression, and mechanical systems, as well as managing and supervising various mechanical projects, including machinery installation, HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and fire suppression systems. She joined Rimkus, in 2006 as a Project Designer in Mechanical Engineering and, to date, has worked and managed an expansive number of projects and assignments.
