Mr. Mark Boss is a Senior Project Manager/Consultant at Rimkus. As a Florida High School Graduate, he began his career working in the painting/waterproofing and concrete repairs industry. He has focused his primary efforts on technical skills, project management, operation management, and contract administration with expertise in supervising and managing operation teams and subcontractors on over a thousand successful projects while keeping them on schedule and within budget. With over 40 years of experience managing restoration projects and providing building envelope consultant services, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each unique project. Skilled in improving efficiencies and scheduling while improving quality and reducing risk, he is a skilled communicator and enjoys working closely with owners, other project managers, subcontractors, and superintendents to establish plans, production models, schedules, and quality control.

Mr. Boss provides contract administration and consultant services to a wide range of clientele including community condominium associations, developers, and contractors. He specializes in applying his technical problem-solving skills to a wide variety of waterproofing, restoration, roofing, and painting projects. He has invaluable experience with site inspections, project tracking, monitoring, and conflict resolution as well as finding and developing new talent for key positions.
