Mia is a Civil Engineer and brings with her over 17 years of work experience in APAC, the Caribbean, and the Middle East. Her foundation was moulded from her experiences of working for contractor, design and build, and project management companies and project exposure on infrastructure, buildings, facilities management, interior fitout, hotels, retail malls, and luxurious residential houses.

She was involved in several high-end and complex projects managing a team of quantity surveyors for pre- and post-contract projects.

Mia is highly skilled in software programs and applications such as AutoCAD, CADMeasure, Aconex, SAP, Oracle, BlueBeam RevU, CostX, Plan Grid, and Plan Swift which increases her efficiency and speed of construction project management while significantly reducing schedule delays and risks.
