Mr. Michael Murphy has over 15 years of experience in the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety, and energy fields as related to construction and real estate. Mr. Murphy has been directly involved with the construction of over 45 million square feet of new development and the assessment of over 80 million square feet of existing buildings.

Mr. Murphy’s experience includes system installation, construction document review, and construction oversight for new construction and service, diagnosis, repair, energy analysis, commissioning, reserve studies, and physical due diligence for existing construction. Other experience includes design services, technical writing, building science, expert witness, and miscellaneous consulting.
