BACKGROUND:

Mr. Naseem Ghandour boasts a comprehensive educational background, earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida. Additionally, he holds a master’s degree in public administration. His professional qualifications extend across multiple states, with registrations as a professional engineer in Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Wyoming, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Texas, and Washington. He is also a Certified General Contractor in Florida and a certified outreach trainer for OSHA’s 30-Hour Construction program. Furthermore, he is certified by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection as a Stormwater Erosion and Sedimentation Control Inspector.

With over 19 years in the engineering and construction realm, Mr. Ghandour’s expertise is diverse and extensive. His proficiencies encompass land surveying, site development, design, and inspections across residential, commercial, industrial, and federal government/military sectors. Notably, his design and construction oversight span a wide array of techniques, including conventional wood framing, concrete masonry, steel framing, light-gauge steel framing and trusses, cast-in-place concrete, precast and tilt-up concrete, civil/site design, underground utility structures, Portland cement concrete and asphalt pavements, as well as anti-terrorism/force protection structures. He is also adept at imparting knowledge, having trained individuals in OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety, Project Management, Construction Inspection, and Field Engineering practices.

Mr. Ghandour has an accomplished history of forensic investigations across residential, historical, commercial, and roadway airfield pavements and industrial structures. His evaluations cover roof systems, building envelopes, foundations, floor coverings, and structural damage from various incidents, such as construction operations, work-site safety issues, high-wind events, seismic movement, water intrusion, catastrophes, fires, and construction-related defects. His consultation services extend to design professionals, contractors, and government agencies, encompassing structural and property damage assessment, construction defect analysis, code adherence, and recommendations for repairs and remediation.
