Mr. Patrick Banning has served as designer and consultant on numerous roofing assignments for both private and public sector clients specializing in the implementation of sustainable roof and building envelope assemblies. He has vast experience in design, tender, and construction review for roofing, building envelope restoration, and parking restoration. He has served as construction manager and lead design authority on various rehabilitation projects for the energy, oil and gas, retail, industrial, and commercial sectors.

Mr. Banning is a Foundation Board member of the International Institute of Building Envelope Consultants, Ontario Industrial Roofing Contractors Association, and an active member for the Canadian Roofing Contractors Association.

Mr. Banning has several years of experience in cost analysis and leak detection of roof/waterproofing systems for industrial, commercial, institutional, residential, and historic buildings.
