Pierre El-Khoury, P.Eng., is Vice President of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Consulting Services for Rimkus. Since joining Rimkus in 1990, Mr. El-Khoury has assisted in the growth and success of the company. Commencing from the early 90s to the present date, he has carried out, managed, and supervised a diverse number of Mechanical and Electrical projects across Canada and overseas. In addition, before M & E Engineering joined the Rimkus family, Mr. El-Khoury was responsible for the management and operations of Human Resources within the company, overseeing training, development, policies, and procedures, as well as recruitment of personnel. This leadership, in every aspect of the business, together with our in-house team of engineering experts, designers, and administrative staff has led to Rimkus being recognized as a leading mechanical and electrical engineering consulting company in Ontario.

Mr. El-Khoury’s career includes over 30 years of extensive experience in building design with numerous Building Condition Assessments (BCA), pre-purchase, and Reserve Fund Studies (RFS) for condominiums, as well as additional encounters with various apartment complexes, industrial buildings, shopping malls, residential/commercial buildings, and many BCA portfolios within the city of Toronto, throughout the province of Ontario, and across Canada. In addition, he has proven expertise in project management in planning, defining scope of designs, and evaluating requirements in securing resources needed for the completion of mixed projects. Mr. El-Khoury oversees the development and coordination of construction with the assigned project team ensuring to meet the necessary timelines for completion while keeping his clients and stakeholders well informed.
