Pietro is a Cost Estimating Director with 16 years of experience in cost estimating and project services within the oil & gas and energy industries. His comprehensive skill set encompasses estimating, budgeting, cost management, project planning, design, risk analysis assessment, and benchmarking data documentation.

Pietro has assisted project team members in carrying out their specific activities efficiently and effectively according to cost and time targets, managed cost estimating/forecasting activities including periodic project re-estimates and cost benchmark metrics, as well as cost control and economics evaluations.

Pietro worked with lead disciplines to analyse forecast-required staffing levels to achieve project progress and schedule, along with associated monthly reports.

Development of full life-cycle greenfield and brownfield cost estimates including CAPEX (Capital Expenditure), OPEX (Operating Expenditure), and ABEX (Abandonment Expenditure) for upstream onshore, offshore platform, LNG terminals, petrochemical; and refinery plants; subsea and tie back plants; pipelines infrastructure; power generation plants; and Carbon Capture Storage (CCS), energy transition, hydrogen production, and storage.
