Mr. Frye earned his B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas. He also studied Aeronautical Engineering at Saint Louis University, Mechanical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin, LaCrosse/Trane, and Business Administration at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. He is a registered professional engineer specializing in engineering design and management, executive management, construction project management, manufacturing and automation systems, and global strategic planning.

Mr. Frye has more than 50 years of professional experience working in a variety of industries. His experience with Rimkus includes 700-plus projects involving assessments in property damage, manufacturing/construction/installation defects, residential/commercial roofing damage, foundation damage, and property vibration damage. As a construction project manager, he managed large construction projects from design stage with architecture and engineering firms to completion with general contractors. He is knowledgeable of various design specialties—including electrical, structural, mechanical, civil, and building design—and is expert at dealing with local and federal government agencies such as the EPA and OSHA. Mr. Frye’s executive management experience includes global strategic planning, sales and marketing, manufacturing, and business development.

Mr. Frye’s construction management expertise extends to manufacturing facilities and pollution-control facilities for large coal-fired power plants. In manufacturing, his responsibilities included plant design, plant layout, automation systems, eliminating human assembly errors, technology transfer programs, cost-reduction programs, warehousing/logistics, and Six Sigma applications. He is also skilled in product management, his knowledge extending to steel-reinforced rubber and HVAC products.
