BACKGROUND:
Mr. Richard Nolan has 45+ years of experience in the elevator industry. He is a certified QEI inspector and holds a Massachusetts state license. Many of his duties include maintenance quality control/evaluations/maintenance management of existing equipment, equipment evaluations and due diligence for acquisitions, maintenance specifications, RFPs, and general consulting to assist clients with all areas of vertical transportation.
