Mr. Scott Preble has more than 30 years of experience in the project management and facility management industries and has been employed by Commercial Construction Consulting, LLC, A Rimkus Company (C3) since 2002. As a Technical Project Manager, Mr. Preble is responsible for all aspects of MEP Construction Management of projects ranging in size and complexity from the replacement of air handling units and cooling towers to the complete installation of a chiller plant. These tasks include managing design teams, developing RFP’s, managing contractor bidding, cost estimating, performance monitoring, and overall project management.

Mr. Preble is part of the Due Diligence practice area of the company and is responsible for performing the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEP/FP) condition assessments and capital planning for commercial properties including urban high-rise developments, historic buildings, office parks, residential apartment buildings, schools, and shopping malls.
