Mr. Tom McGarrigle is a seasoned real estate development and construction professional at Rimkus (formerly Commercial Construction Consulting, LLC) with a proven track record of successfully completing complex projects.  He knows how to identify project risks and navigate issues to meet client’s expectations.  Mr. McGarrigle has managed real estate development projects consisting of large-scale retail, industrial, commercial office, and multi-family residential projects both as the owner and in third-party assignments.  His expertise ranges from acquisition due diligence, site selection, master planning, and hands-on project management through permitting, design, and construction.

Mr. McGarrigle manages Rimkus’ Development Practice Group which serves real estate developers as a third-party development consultant as well as advising institutional and private investors on project risks prior to investing in, and during, the development of large-scale commercial projects.
