Nichola has more than 15 years of engineering and project controls experience. Her experience spans the civil engineering, construction, infrastructure, and petrochemical industries. She is knowledgeable in project scheduling and planning for all project phases including detailed engineering and construction engineering and inspection (CEI).

Nichola has experience in performing schedule monthly reviews and costs to develop project management summary reports. She has a clear understanding of the critical path method, work breakdown structure, schedules, estimates, and contracts. Nichola has strong knowledge of construction delay analyses and developing mitigation plans for construction impacts.

Nichola is well versed in software systems, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project Schedule Analyzer, Enterprise, HEC-RAS, ArcGIS, and MCACES.
